Florina Kabashi

I’m a performance marketing consultant specialising in B2B and ed-tech growth — building full-funnel systems that generate measurable, compounding revenue.

Since 2024, I’ve been teaching Digital Marketing and leading the Digital Marketing & AI Programme at AAB University — stress-testing my own frameworks rigorously enough to present them as curriculum, and staying at the frontier of AI-assisted campaign methodology. I’m now taking on a select number of consulting clients for Q2 2026.

Previously, at the Interaction Design Foundation, I scaled LinkedIn advertising to 414× ROAS — managing $63k in spend that generated $26.3M in conversion value across 51 campaign groups, 230+ campaigns and 1,500+ ads simultaneously.

At 12min, I rebuilt the mobile app’s BOFU conversion funnel — growing PPS-to-Purchase from 6.7% to 10.3%, hitting 130% of the Q4 subscriber goal, and managing a 25M+ contact email operation in PT, EN and ES.

At Fitonomy, the role crossed marketing and product — contributing to roadmap planning, onboarding funnel analysis and feature prioritisation alongside the founding team.

I work at the intersection of creative intuition and analytical rigour, using AI-assisted workflows to test faster, attribute more precisely, and build systems that scale without proportional headcount growth.
