A global ed-tech platform needed to grow course memberships at scale through LinkedIn. I designed and managed a complete full-funnel system — TOF awareness, MOF retargeting, BOF conversion — across 51 campaign groups, 230 campaigns, and 1,496 individual ads simultaneously.

Mobile Growth: 130% of Goal, Funnel Rebuilt from BOFU Up

12min needed to grow paid subscribers across three markets simultaneously. I redesigned the BOFU conversion funnel through systematic experimentation, rebuilt audience architecture across Meta managing 86 active ad sets, and introduced attribution frameworks that finally revealed what was actually driving subscriptions. Q4 2021 became the best quarter in company history. I also managed a 25M+ send email operation across PT, EN and ES audiences with 33k+ live automation contacts.

I ran Facebook and Instagram campaigns for the supplement e-commerce store — building seasonal sale systems, audience segmentation and creative testing frameworks — while contributing to product roadmap sessions, onboarding funnel analysis and feature prioritisation alongside the founding team.
